Subject: [PATCH 01/26] feat: add benchmark suite with QuickJS=80 baseline
 scoring

- build.sh: auto-detect package manager, install deps, build OxideJS + QuickJS
- run_benchmark.py: full test262 (--no-skip), stress benchmarks, timing, AI agent score
- fetch_test262.sh: download test262 test suite
- README.md: usage instructions and scoring formula

- Spec deviations still counted as fail (remaining 4,250)

Performance: no regression (array 116ms, string 475ms)

- 输出移除 X.Xx 倍率, 只显示耗时对比

- 加入 pkg-config/cmake/nodejs 依赖, 支持 BOA/JerryScript/V8
