push_bytecode_frame 原先边写形参边读调用方寄存器：nested callee identity 高位 param_base 与调用方实参源区间重叠（first < param_base）时，先写 regs[param_base+i] 会破坏尚未读取的实参槽，形参与 spill 实参区（arguments 对象）取值串错。改为先 把完整实参拷入 spill 栈实参区、形参再从 spill 区取源（独立栈，天然消除与 regs 的重叠），实参不足仍补 undefined。补 first < param_base 重叠场景的单元测试 （形参 b 与 spill 实参区取值验证）。
