feat: 语句起始位裸调用赋值目标改写为抛引用错误

sloppy 模式下 f() = g()、f() += g()、f()++、++f()、for (f() in/of …)
等以裸 CallExpression 作赋值目标的形式，规范为 web-compat 运行期
ReferenceError 而非解析期 SyntaxError。oxc 解析器将其致命拒绝并丢弃
整个 AST，故在脚本解析入口前对源文本做等价改写：先执行左侧调用、再
抛 ReferenceError，使求值序与断言面逐一对应。模块与严格源自动跳过，
维持解析拒绝。
